Weekdays: 07:00 – 10:00

Weekend: 08:00 – 10:30

Breakfast is served in the dining room of Borregaard Hovedgård, in a quiet and classical setting. White tablecloths, candlelight and freshly brewed coffee create a gentle start to the day, with attention to detail throughout.

During low season, breakfast is served à la carte, while a buffet is offered in high season. Eggs are always prepared to order.

In the barn at Borregaard Hotel, you will find a spacious restaurant with an open and social atmosphere. High ceilings and exposed wooden beams give the room character and create a vibrant setting for dining.

The restaurant is primarily used for pre-booked meals connected to conferences, meetings, weddings and private events. Both lunch and dinner menus are adapted to the occasion and the guests.

With flexible layouts and capacity for up to 120 guests, the space is well suited for both smaller groups and larger gatherings.
